Do you accept insurance?

I am an out of network physician and although I do not accept insurance, I am happy to provide you with a detailed invoice (superbills) for all services rendered. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for out of network reimbursements depending on your insurance plan. I encourage you to reach out to your health insurance provider to learn of any potential reimbursement opportunities.

What are your fees?

Initial Appointment/Consultation: 60-90 minutes/$600

Medication management and/or therapy Follow-Up Appointment: 30 minutes/$275

Extended Medication Management and/or therapy Follow-Up Appointment: 45 minutes/$400

What age ranges do you treat?

I am comfortable evaluating, diagnosing and treating adolescents (16 years old and up), adults and elderly for psychiatric issues.

Do you provide services in-person or via tele-health?

Both! The ease and accessibility of tele-health allows for care to fit into the busy lives of many people, however there is an inherent value of being face-to-face with your doctor so we will work together the best we can to try and meet in the manner most suitable for your care.

Are you able to write letters, fill out FMLA paperwork or disability paperwork?

Yes, absolutely. As your doctor, I will advocate for you to receive the appropriate services and care that you need in order to live your best and most functional life. However, I will never fabricate or embellish symptoms for the sake of receiving services.

What is your general view on medications for psychiatric issues?

Generally speaking, I have found and the medical literature has demonstrated, that the appropriate medications in the appropriate contexts can provide profound and life changing improvement in many people's lives. However, I am always willing to taper, adjust or change medications assuming it is appropriate and in line with the patient's best interests and health.
