Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, which means I do not accept insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide you with a detailed invoice (also called a superbill) for each visit. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement. I encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly to learn more about your coverage and reimbursement options.

What are your fees?

• Initial Evaluation (60–90 minutes): $600

• Follow-Up Appointment (30 minutes): $275

• Extended Follow-Up (45 minutes): $400

These appointments may include medication management, therapy, or a combination of both, based on your needs.

Where can you practice and which age ranges do you treat?

I am licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York. I treat adolescents (ages 16 and up), adults, and older adults for a wide range of psychiatric conditions.

Do you provide services in-person or via tele-health?

Both. Many patients benefit from the convenience of telehealth, especially with busy schedules. That said, I also recognize the unique value of meeting in person. We’ll work together to determine the approach that best supports your care.

Are you able to write letters, fill out FMLA paperwork or disability paperwork?

Yes. As your physician, I will advocate for the care and support you need, including documentation for work or school accommodations. However, I am committed to clinical integrity and will only provide documentation that reflects your true medical needs..

What is your general view on medications for psychiatric issues?

I believe psychiatric medications, when thoughtfully prescribed, can offer transformative benefits. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based. If you're already taking medication, we can evaluate whether it's working well for you. I'm always open to adjusting, tapering, or discontinuing medication when it's safe and appropriate.
